daily Smith fashion

I apologize for the lack of daily Smith fashion posts. As of late, all the kids have been wearing are diapers and/or swimming suits. Due to the 90+ degree weather, we haven't left the air conditioned house all that much.

The Beast woke up this morning angry at the world. I should have known what was to come... just look at his eyes in that second photo. They tell the story. Poor little man.

Drew received the rotavirus vaccination yesterday and I fear Nash got a little too close and is suffering because of it.

not a farmer

Last week the kids and I took the day off to go with my parents to Farm Technology Days. While we are not farmers... we do live next to a field where they grow some stuff...

I wasn't too excited to go but I remember having a pretty good time going when I was younger and thought the kids would enjoy it too. I was a little worried because the forecast was for rain the ENTIRE day but it turned out very nice. We endured some slight sprinkling but I'd take that over the sun beating down on us as we walked through all the booths.

The kids had a blast in the youth tent and I think we spent at least an hour there. The goat was a big hit ;) Peyton climbed up into every single tractor he passed. I think I made it through approximately 2 whole rows in that whole place because of this. Oh well... the food was good and we had a pretty nice time. No melt downs. No pouring rain. No lost children. Score!

sweet baby K

I had the pleasure of photographing this little sweat pea last week. My love for babies continues... she was absolutely adorable! It's incredible that just a few short weeks ago we were photographing her momma's belly. The miracle of life is so amazing to me... gets me every time!

daily Smith fashion

Friends of ours had a garage sale and then dropped off some of the left overs. This dance costume (and a few others) was included... and of course Austyn LOVED it. Mind you... it was in the 80s that afternoon. She ran out of the house like this... whatever man. Do it up. So we got some photos and here you go!

Thanks to our friends for the goodies :)
