Meg madness

While we should have been enjoying our Christmas Day and celebrating the true meaning of Christmas, Dave and I were worrying about baby Meg. I'll get into more detail later, but she was having difficulty breathing for a good part of the day and after we attempted to enjoy our Christmas supper, we took her to the emergency room. She was not-so-quickly admitted to the Pediatric floor and that's where we (Meg and myself) spent the next almost 3 days. Now I'm trying to catch up on house work and all the other random things that this SAHM does daily. Please be patient while I try to catch up...yet again! :)

Excuses, excuses, excuses. I could have a million excuses for why I have failed at blogging lately. I won't even start because I'll just depress myself with things I could be doing... and am not. Ugh. Regardless... I have been rocking at some things. Very few. But rocking them. Hard. BUT I won't start on that list either because I don't want to gloat ;) so I'll just play a little catch up and move on.

Where to start... a lot has happened in the last few weeks. None detrimental to keeping up with the Smith's. Nothing life changing. Nothing 'important' really. Just life. I'll do what I do best, and explain in photos... so here goes...

and then there was Thanksgiving! Another wonderful meal provided by my aunt. Seriously. I want more now! This year was absolutely amazing weather so the kids took advantage and got rides from Uncle Swade and loved it!

It's been quite awhile since this fella got featured on daily Smith fashion. He now likes having his photo taken so I'm going to take full advantage of that. And to boot, he's just too darn cute :)
